Aria of Perserverance- Diminuendo: Reduces damage dealt by the target by 25% (25+4% Magic Damage) for 3 seconds.
Song of Celerity-Tempo: Slows by 40% (40+4% Magic Damage) for 2 seconds.
Basic abilities grant a non-stacking aura for seconds.
