1. MSMC
MSMC is the best smg in COD Mobile Season 3.
When you rank up to pro or master you will see that a lot of player prefer to use MSMC because it has really high damage and can shred very fast up close.
The mobility of MSMC is another factor that make you move extremely fast allowing the execute the run and gun action.
However, the recoil of the gun is moderate, spend sometime with the gun and you will get use to the recoil easily.

You don't want to equip red dot sight on msmc because it reduce the scope time and add more recoil.
Having foregrip to help reduce MSMC recoil down a litle bit and extended mag really help MSMC especially after the nerf ot the gun, it added extra bullet for the gun.
2. AKS-74U
AKS-74U is the second best gun. A lot of high rank prefer to use this gun because of how versertality the gun is among the five.
High damage, High fire rate, good recoil, AKS-74U has it all. The gun is also good to use in close range as well.

If you want fast scope time consider remove red dot sight and use forgrip and quickdraw to reduce even more recoil and faster scope-in time.
3. PDW-57
The third spot is for PDW-57. This smg is mostly use in rank from veteran to elite. It has high damage but low fire rate the gun shine in extreme close combat.
Having highest demage in the gun PDW-57 doesn't really popular in high rank because of the slow time to kill.
The PDW-57 recoil is also good but once you start shooting far target it will be pretty hard to control.

Because the iron sight of th PDW-57 is really bad, having red dot sight can help a lot. Having foregrip and quickdraw can also reduce even more recoil and some scope-in time as well.
4. HG40
HG40 is the best smg to use in medium to long range inside Season 3 rank match. This gun has high damage and good recoil control even for long range.
However, you won't see HG40 often in rank because there are better gun out there that can perform better this gun.

Red Dot Sight is a must for HG40 if you one to hit long range target easier plus foregrip can also reduce the recoil of the smg.
5. Chicom
Chicom is a burst smg and it seem like it need more buff for the gun to be seen in rank match, the gun has a good stats but not when you are using it.
The time between burst is really slow making Chicom really hard to kill the enemy unlike the M16 which has a bit faster time between each burst.
However if you hit all of your shot in one burst you will see the enemy health bar shirnk a ton.

Having extended mag on the chicom allows the gun to output more burst without needed to relod and foregrip to help reduce the ultimate bouncing recoil.
