The phase 2 of COD Mobile Season 9 test server bring a huge update to Battle Royale including new guns, own loadout, class, and armor plate, mods, and more.
New Guns Added to Season 9 BR
There will be new guns added to Battle royale weapon camos such as: ICR-1, KN-44, HVK-30, and QQ9.
Customise Weapon Loadout
In Season 9, You will be able to customise your own weapon in gunsmith and then put in the loadout before you start the game.
When in game, your own gun loadout will be found inside Airdrop, and you can only get once loadout per airdrop.
New Class Added in BR
A new class name "Hacker" also available to play in the Season 9 test server.
The 2 components in Hacker class are Ice Pick and Hard Wired.
Ice Pick: Black out the minimaps of all nearby enemies, and prevent them from using gadgets.
Hard Wired: The radar in minimap will not be blocked by interference nor detectable by the enemy.
Map Tweaks
When on the plane, you will now see the name hover on every loot area. The name hover with colour mean that it is a high tier loot, and normal white color is normal tier loot.
There will also be 4 new locations that added for players to drop into such as: Domitory, Outpost, Radar Base, and Camp.
Loot Tweaks
Attachments
There won't be any attachments on the floor of loot area anymore in the new season instead the attachments will come with the gun that you pick up.
The gun you pick up will have tier and the amount of attachments are depend on the tier of your gun.
MODS
There is also a new loot known as MODS, it provide buffs to your gun, and each gun has 1 mods slot to equipped.
MODS can be found on the loot floor and they also has own MODS tier.
Armor Plate
Introducing the Armor plate that can be found on the loot floor and the function is working similar as Warzone.
Armor plate will fix armor durability by 50%.
Ammo Name Change
The ammo name will also change coming into the Season 9, it is simplified to Heavy, Sniper, Light, Shotgun, and Rocket.
Heavy: Ammo type for Assault Rifle and LMG.
Light: Ammo type for SMG.
Tank Now Has Laser
When using Tank you wil be able to use Laser to spot enemy inside any kind of cover. Thanks to reddit user u/AlexGaming666.
