How To Get Quick Fix Perk
To get Quick Fix perk you need to complete Perk Prodigy Seasonal event in Season 8.
There are 6 tasks that you need to complete in order to unlock the Quck Fix perk.
1. Equipped Vultuer Perk
Kill 10 enemies in Multiplayer matches with Vulture perk equipped.
2. Equipped Tracker Perk
Kill 10 enemies in Multiplayer matches with Tracker perk equipped.
3. Equipped Shrapnel Perk
Kill 15 enemies in Multiplayer matches with Shrapnel perk equipped.
To get Shrapnel perk you need to reach tier 14 in Season 8 Battle Pass.
4. Equipped Dead Silence Perk
Kill 15 enemies in Multiplayer matches with Dead Silence perk equipped.
5. Equipped Alert Perk
Kill 20 enemies in Multiplayer matches with Alert Perk equipped.

Quick Fix Perk Guide - When To Use Quick Fix?
Basically how to Quick Fix perk work is when you kill 1 enemy you will gain back your HP instantly, it is like a lifesteal when in combat action.
As you already know Quick Fix perk is a very good and powerful perk in certain gamemodes such as Hardpoint, Domination, and Deathmatch.
Playing Hardpoint gamemode with Quick Fix perk allows you to sustain the surviving chance longer when holding the obj especially after you kill the enemy that contest your hardpoint.
Playing Domnaiton gamemode with Quick Fix perk is also increase your success chance of capturing B when in combat against multiple enemy in the same direction.
Playing Deathmatch gamemode allows you to go for a strike of 3 to 4 kills and still have enough health point for more kills because of the instant health regen of Quick Fix perk.
