Playing against a Fighter you'll need some Armor and reduce their attack speed so Randuins Omen is a great item for all you need. Being a supporter you have to survive in order to help your teammate as Fighter attack speed is lightning fast so Guardian Angel will revive you when die in combat.
You can upgrade from Ionian Boots of Lucidity to Shadows Enchant to slow down enemy movement.
