His passive is pretty simple Nasus gains physical vamp (life steal).
Nasus heal a lot of Hp in the late game since his basic attack deal a ton of damage if get a lot of stacks.
It enhances Nasus next basic attack within 10 seconds. It gains more damage depending on how many last hits (stack) that he got when he active this skill.
Last hit on small minions gains 4 stacks and 8 stacks when killing big minion, monster, and champion.

|Wukong||Nasus should play passive against Wukong dont' try to trade kill with him in the early game try to stack up Siphoning strike first. When Wukong uses his Golden Staff, Nasus can counter him by using Wither and Spirit Fire to force Wukong back.|
|Tryndamere||Nasus should play safely in the early freeze the wave and last the minion to stack his Siphoning strike. Nasus should max his Wither and save to slow Tryndamere attack speed when he use his Spinning slash. So Tryndamere won't be able to trade kill Nasus.|
|Camille||Nasus is good against Camille. When Camille wants to trade kill Nasus can use Wither to reduce her attack speed. Moreover, Nasus should play passive farm under turret wait until he gets Lvl 5 and can take down Camille on the lane.|
|Fiora||Fiora will be aggressive when she lane against Nasus. So Nasus can play safely try to farm under turret in the early to stack up your Siphoning strike, Fiora has nothing to kill Nasus. Moreover, Nasus should wait until he got his ultimate get more stack and slowly win the lane against Fiora.|
|Garen||Garen Judgment and Decisive Strike can be the advantage to kill Nasus in the early game because Nasus has low mobility.|
|Olaf||Olaf lane against Nasus at Baron Lane is not that hard. Olaf has more damage than Nasus in the early game and can use Undertow to slow and kill Nasus.|
|Jax||Jax is good to counter Nasus. Jax can use empower to annoy Nasus when he tries to farm for his stack and Jax can also use counter strike to block Nasus's siphoning strike in the fight. When Nasus use his ultimate Jax can also dodge him by using his leap strike to run away so, Nasus ultimate will be useless.|
|Darius||Darius has more output damage than Nasus in the early game and mid-game. With his strong passive damage and his full combo, Darius is one of the good counters of Nasus at the top lane.|
|Jarvan IV||Jarvan IV is good against Nasus. Jarvan IV can use his combo Dragon Strike + Demacin standard to catch Nasus and kill him with his full extremely vulnerable combo.|
