Vayne Runes

The best Wild Rift Vayne Runes are Fleet Footwork keystone, Gathering Storm, Spirit Walker, and Sweet tooth.

Fleet Footwork	Moving, attacking and casting builds energy stacks. At maximum stacks, your next attack heals and grants increased movement speed.
Gathering Storm	Every 2 minutes, gain AD or AP (Adaptive).
Spirit Walker	Gain bonus max health and slow resistance.

Skill Details

Night Hunter	Gains 15 Movement Speed when moving towards enemy champions. Final Hour: Gains 90 Movement speed instead.
Tumble	Dashes forward and empowers her next attack to deal an additional physical damage. Final Hour: Gains 1 second of invisibility on cast. Cooldown : 3.5 / 3 / 2.5 / 2 / 2 Mana Cost: 30
Silver Bolts	Passive: Every third consecutive attack or ability on the same target deals additional true damage equal to 3% of the enemy maximum Health. Active: Gains 40% Attack Speed for the next 3 attacks within 5 seconds and heals for 60% of the damage from Silver Bolts dealt. Cooldown: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 Mana Cost: 45
Condemn	Fires a bolt that deals 50 physical damage and knocks back. If enemies are knocked into a wall, they take an additional 75 physical damage and are stunned for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 /12 Mana Cost: 90
Final Hour	Gains 20 Attack Damage and strengthens Night Hunter and Tumble for 8 seconds. When an enemy champion damaged by Vayne dies within 3 seconds, Final Hour's duration is extended by 4 seconds, up to an additional 8 seconds. Cooldown: 100 / 80 / 60 Mana Cost: 100

Vayne Matchups & Partners

Enemy Matchups

Good Against
Ashe	Vayne Silver bolts allows her to outclass Ashe damage in lane, 1v1 and team fight. Vayne mobility is also better then Ashe since she has Tumble to catch up on Ashe after flash, or dodging her ultimate.
Jinx	When playing Vayne vs Jinx you'll have more advantage over her during early game because of Jinx low attack damage, so try to harass her with Tumble and farm up for late game fight.
Varus	Picking Vayne against Varus is a good choice. You can use Tumble to dodge most of his abilities such as Piercing arrow and even his Ultimate if you timed it correctly.
Jhin	When using Vayne vs Jhin you will have high advantage because Jhin has low attack speed in early game, you can win auto attack trade easily with Silver Bolts and use Condemn when Jhin want to hit you.
Tristana	Vayne is a good pick to play against Tristana, Both of the champions has good attack damage and speed, but you can counter Tristana aggressive play by using Condemn against the Rocket Jump.

Hard Counters
Draven	Draven is the hardest Vayne counter in Wild Rift, this champion deal very high damage against Vayne in early game and can punish her with stand aside if she try to come in attack range.
Miss Fortune	MF is a great champion to counter Vayne, she has more range, great mobility and she can punish you by using ability like Make it Rain and her Ultimate make it hard to win fight face to face.
Ezreal	Ezreal is a good Vayne counter pick by having higher skill range, and damage allows him to poke you without getting trade. Ezreal also has Arcane Shift to get out of fight if he is losing.
Kai'Sa	Picking Vayne to play against Kai'Sa is always hard since she can outclass you during team fight with her Icathian Rain, and her Supercharge attack speed.

Support Partners

Braum	The best synergies for Vayne is Braum, his passive allows you to stun the enemy after 3 attacks which also burst your Silver bolts passive damage as well, this combo is very effective in early game.
Blitzcrank	Blitzcrank is a great aggresive support to use with Vayne as well. His Rocket Grab and Power Fist is a great combo and with you can condemn the enemy to the wall after Blitz hook.
Alistar	Alisatar is a good aggressive support to play with Vayne, If Alistar can do a Headbutt Pulverize combo the enemy against the wall, you only need to condemn to achieve 3 years of stun.
LuLu	LuLu and Vayne is a powerful synergies. LuLu can provide shield on Vayne by using Help Pix and Sustain your survivability with Wild Growth during team fight.
Seraphine	Seraphine is a healing and aggressive support champion that can play well with Vayne, she can outheal the enemy and has high CC abilities allows you to output a lot of damage to the enemy.
Nami	Nami and Vayne is a good synergies, she can heal you with her EBB and Flow, plus her Ultimate can save you from getting target in a teamfight.
Soraka	Soraka is a great healer support that can play with Vayne, she can heal you with her Astral Infusion, and her Ultimate. She can also use Starcall to zone the enemy in early lane effectively.
Sona	Sona is a good healer and aggressive support champion that can lane well with Vayne, she can heal you and use Hymn of Valor to boost your damage make trading more effective.
Janna	Janna is a decent support to use with Vayne, she is a great defensive support that can provide Shield, and Heal during teamfight, plus her Howling Gale can sometime zone out the enemy from taking you out as well.
