This Olaf full build gives enough damage, health, armor, and armor penetration that is strong against, Marksman, Fighter, Assassin, and Tank.

Build Stasis Enchant to become untouchable for 2.5 seconds if you play against High AP Mage and also survive from their full combo.

The Best Wild Rift Olaf Runes are Conqueror Keystone with Brutal, Backbone, and Pack Hunter.

Conqueror	Gain Stacks of AD or AP when hitting a champion with separate attacks or abilities. Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, deal bonus damage to champions (Adaptive)
Brutal	Gain 7 AD and 2% armor penetration , or 14 AP and 2% magic penetration (Adaptive)
Backbone	Gain 10 AR or 10MR, based on which ever stat you have less of.
Pack Hunter	While neary ally champions, grain 2% movement speed. For each unique ally you participate in a takedown with, you gain 50 gold and the ally gains 50 gold.

Summoner Spells

Flash	Teleport a short distance forward or towards the aim direction.
Ignite	Ignite is a summoner spells ignites target enemy champion, dealing 60 true damage over 5 seconds and inflicting them with Grievous Wounds. Cooldown: 90 seconds.

You can change Ignite to Smite if you want to play Olaf as a Jungler.

Berserker Rage	This passive work when Olaf loses his HP the less HP he has the more attack speed he will get. Passive
Undertow	Olaf throw an axe deals damage and slow enemy and pick up the axe again will reduce the cooldown of this ability. This ability is good to clear the jungle camp faster and also a great skill to spam during one on one with the enemy. Cooldown: 7 Mana Cost: 60mana Pick Up Axe Cooldown: 2
Reckless Swing	Olaf gains attack speed and physical vamp when active this ability. Moreover, when Olaf missing more HP he gives get more life steal from this ability. Cooldown: 16 Mana Cost: 30mana
Vicious Strike	Olaf dash towards the target and deal true damage if the enemy doesn't die, the damage will return back to Olaf 30%. Attack the enemy will reduce 1 sec of this ability. Cooldown: 10 /9 /8 /7
Ragnarok	Olaf ultimate let him become immune to any crowd control effects and gains attack speed and movement speed. Cooldown: 65 /60 /55

Good Against
Nasus	Olaf lane against Nasus at Baron Lane is not that hard. Olaf has more damage than Nasus in the early game and can use Undertow to slow and kill Nasus.
Darius	Olaf can easily hit axes on Darius because he has no dashes or anything. Olaf Ultimate can dodge Darius' slow.
Jax	Olaf has more damage and tanky than Jax and also can clear more minions that Jax does.
Wukong	Olaf and Wukong are strong early fighters they have good damage and attack speed. Tip for Olaf against Wukong tries not to waste Undertow because Olaf has mana issues if he can't poke his axe.

Hard Counters
Fiora	Fiora has more movement speed that can easily dodge Olaf Undertow. Olaf will be hard to catch Fiora if he didn't get his axes on Fiora.
Jarvan IV	Jarvan IV Ultimate can lock down Olaf Ragnarok in the team fight. Without Ragnarok, Olaf won't be able to tank and did nothing in the team fight.
Garen	Garen Judgement can deal more physical damage and critical rate to Olaf. Olaf will be hard to chase down Garen because Garen will gain more movement speed and silence Olaf when he active his Decisive Strike.
Tryndamere	Tryndamere has a better mid-game and late-game than Olaf. So in the early game, Tryndamere tries to dodge Olaf's Axe. Once Olaf missed his axe a few times so he won't be able to kill Tryndamere in the early game.
Dr. Mundo	Mundo is an overall tanker and scales better than Olaf in the team fight. And also Mundo has lower on his cooldown. Moreover, Olaf will be hard to pick up his axe in the team fight
Lee Sin	Olaf is really strong with his ultimate he can be the frontline when he active his ultimate. So, Lee Sin can counter Olaf by using Dragon's Rage to kick away Olaf and run out his ultimate. Olaf without his ultimate he won't be able to stay strong in the team fight.

Pros
1. Strong in Early Game (1 vs 1)
2. Has good AOE damage, true damage.
3. Has good defense when active Ultimate that gives CC immunity.
4. Strong in the early game and mid game.

Cons
1. Easily get kited if you can't lane axes to the enemy.
2. Lack of Mana in the early game.
3. Hard to pick up his axe in the team fight.
4. Weak in the late game fight.
