Here is a new banner that will be available in Genshin Impact 4.0 Phase 2 including all character's information and weapons.
Genshin Impact 4.0 Phase 2 Character Banner
After the release of new characters Lyney and Lynette, Mihoyo released a new re-run banner along with Freminet who is a new 4-star character. In this new phase, there are two 5-star re-runs such as Zhongli and Tartaglia as well as other characters such as Sayu and Noelle.
Here is some character info that will be available on the Phase 2 banner:
Zhongli
One of the fan-favorite characters, Zhongli is Geo Archon who has decided to experience the world from the perspective of a mortal. He is 5 stars a Polearm user with geo-vision and his Elemental Skill to create Stone Stele provides Geo energy to explode AoE DMG and Create a shield of jade that absorbs DMG scales based on Zhongli's max HP.
Tartaglia
One of Eleven Fatui Harbingers, Tartaglia is the youngest member that always eager for a challenger, making him extremely dangerous. He is 5 stars a Bow user with Hydro vision and uses his EM burst to deal Passive Hydro DMG to all surrounding opponents.
Sayu
Sayu is 4 stars anemo claymore character in Genshin Impact. Using EM Skill, she unleashes a Fuufuu Whirlwind Kick and deals AoE Anemo DMG and in Fuufuu Windwheel state increasing Sayu's resistance.
Noelle
Noelle is a Maids in the Knights of Favonius from Mondstadt Region. Her EM Skill deals Geo DMG to surrounding opponents and creates a shield that absorbs scales based on Noelle's DEF.
Genshin Impact 4.0 Phase 2 Weapon Banner
The Epitome Invocation is the Weapon Wish Banner in this 4.0 Phase 2. This banner will include both 5 stars' character's weapon signatures as well as other 4 stars weapons.
