Recently, HoyoVerse reveal 3 characters such as Jingliu, Topaz & Numby, and Guinaifen. There is no official announcement to confirm that these characters are playable in the game. However, there are some leaks showing that they will be playable characters including some detail and release date.

  • Basic ATK - Deficit...:
    • Topaz inflicts Fire DMG equivalent to a certain percentage of her ATK upon a single enemy target.
  • Skill - Difficulty Paying: 
    • Topaz casts the 'ATK Mark' on a single enemy target. Follow-up ATK against the enemy marked with an 'ATK Mark' deal a certain percentage of additional DMG. Only one enemy can be marked with an 'ATK Mark' at a time. When the currently marked enemy is defeated, Topaz marks a random enemy target on the field. Additionally, Zhang Zhang deals Fire DMG equivalent to a certain percentage of Topaz's ATK to the marked enemy target, functioning as a follow-up ATK.
  • Ultimate - Turn a Profit: 
    • Zhang Zhang enters the astonishing Increase state, increasing its SPD, CRIT Rate, and DMG Multiplier. Zhang Zhang attacks twice while in the 'Astonishing Increase' state.
  • Talent - Pig Market?:
    • At the beginning of the battle, Topaz summons Zhang Zhang, Zhang Zhang starts with a certain SPD value and performs a follow-up attack after Topaz's ATK, dealing Fire DMG equivalent to a certain percentage of Topaz's ATK to the enemy target marked with 'ATK Mark.' if no enemy target is marked with an 'ATK Mark' on the field, Topaz marks a random enemy target. Zhang Zhang disappears when Topaz becomes unable to battle.
  • Technique - Explicit Subsidy:
    • When Topaz enters battle, she commands Zhang Zhang to join her. Zhang Zhang automatically detects Basic Treasures and Warp Trotters within a certain range. When the Technique is used, Topaz recovers a certain amount of energy after Zhang Zhang's first attack in the subsequent battle.

Topaz & Numby Release Date

There is no confirmation or official announcement about the Topaz & Numby release date. However, we expected that she might be released in Phase 1 in 1.4 which is released on Oct 11. This is just a rumor and expectation, please take this with a grain of salt.

  • Basic ATK - Feather Frost:
    • Jingliu unleashes an ATK that deals Ice DMG to a single enemy, simultaneously gaining two stacks of 'New Moon'.
  • Skill - Moonlit River: 
    • Jingliu inflicts Ice DMG upon a single enemy and surrounding foes, consuming two stacks of 'Moonlight'.
  • Ultimate - Moonlit: 
    • Jingliu deals Ice DMG to a single enemy and surrounding foes. If Jingliu is in the 'Transcendence' state, she gains two stacks of 'Moonlight' after each ATK. If not, she gains two stacks of 'New Moon.'
  • Talent - Transcendence:
    • Upon accumulating four stacks of 'New Moon,' Jingliu enters the 'Transcendence' state, sacrificing her party's HP to increase her ATK. During the 'Transcendence' state, 'New Moon' transforms into 'Moonlight', granting Jingliu access to a new skill.
  • Technique - Lunar Blessing:
    • Jingliu begins each battle with two stacks of 'New Moon'.

Jingliu Eidolons

  • E1 - The Moon Violates The Heavenly Gates:
    • When Jingliu uses an ultimate or an enhanced combat skill against a single enemy, the DMG originally dealt to adjacent targets will also be inflicted upon the targeted enemy, causing Ice DMG equivalent to a certain percentage of the DMG that adjacent targets would have received.
  • E2 - Holding a Basilisk Candle:
    • The DMG dealt with by Jingliu in the 'Transcendence' state is increased by a certain percentage of the maximum stack of 'Moonlight'.
  • E3 - Illuminated Seven Stars: 
    • During the 'Transcendence' state, the ATK boost obtained by consuming Jingliu's and her teammates' HP is increased by a certain percentage, with an increased maximum ATK boost.
  • E4 - Obscured Into Three:
    • Increases Skill level by +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Additionally, increases NA level by +1, up to a maximum of Lv.10.
  • E5 - Half Hope:
    • Increases ultimate level by +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Additionally, increases talent level by +2, up to a maximum number of Lv.15.
  • E6 - Erosion in Lou:
    • When Jingliu enters the 'Transcendence' state, the number of stacks converted into 'Moonlight' and the maximum number of 'Moonlight' stacks increased.

Jingliu Release Date

According to rumor, Jingliu also will be available in 1.4 which is in phase 2 released on Nov 1.
