1. Go to Mt.Ollie & Find Red Meat Leg Icon
You need to know that Special Grade Animal Hide is only available inside the Mt.Ollie area. Use Fast travel inside the minimap to Mt.Ollie then try to find Red Meat Leg Icon inside the minimap around you.
Note: You need to reach Character Level 100 first in order to gather for Special Grade Animal Hide inside Mt.Ollie.
2. Look For Wild Animals
After you find the Red Meat Leg Icon go close to it you will see some kind of Wild Animals such as Snow Wolf, Moose, Yak, Brown Bear. Be careful some animals are harmful they can attack when you are near them.
Then use your weapon to kill them & go close to the body and hunt it to get the Special Grade Animal Hide that you are looking for.
