After spotting the Green Leaf Icon on the minimap you will need to go close to the icon then you will see a Plant Called Meadow Flax Level 6 resources where you can farm for Meadow Flax Fibers but keep in mind that the chance that you can get Meadow Flax Fibers is lower % than Meadow Flaxseed.
