Bai Ling is a good damage dealer however because of her fast charge we to use her as our utility instead. Although she also got burst damage, and we use Nemesis as our healer.

This build activate Weapon resonance:

Weapon resonance: When use Shiro and Bai Ling together you will get increase final damage by 10% which in team play is further increased to 40%.
