Tower of Fantasy Tian Lang - zilliongamer

Tian Lang is a New SSR DPS simulacra. He was born on March 23, (Aries) in a town called Mirrorla. He makes his first debut on 22, December 2022, and is ready to explore the World of Tower of Fantasy with his Thunderbreaker as his main weapon.

This simulacra is a limited offer character. In order, to get him you need to spend Red Nucleus in the limited-time Army of Thunder Special Order.

Volt Type: When the weapon is fully charged, the next attack will strongly paralyze targets for 1 second and electrify them for 6 seconds, removing all their buffs and dealing damage equal to 144.00% of ATK. Target can't receive any buff for the next 6 seconds.

Elemental Resonance: Volt resonance increase volt ATK by 15% and volt resistance by 25%. Activate by equipping 2 or more volt weapons. This set effect works in the off-hand slot. Cannot stack with the effect of the same type.

Weapon Advancements

1★: Gain 1 stack of Superconductor per charge: Increase Max HP by 7.5% but increase damage received by 2% (except when the current HP is lower than 50 times of volt ATK and no HP Shield is equipped), stacking up to 8 times. Lose 1 stack if no Superconductor gets refreshed within 6 seconds.
2★: Increase the current weapon's base ATK growth by 16%.
3★: Release any volt weapon skill or discharged skill to get 2 charges. Gain hyperbody at 8 Superconductor stacks.
4★: Increase the current weapon's base HP growth by 32%.
5★: Each Superconductor stack increases final damage by 1%.
6★: Boost Dubhe's Volt Sense: For every 1 other volt weapon sensed, gain 10% volt damage boost for 25 seconds.

R Matix: 3 Pieces of Tenet Guard will increases damage dealt by volt weapons by 6%.
SR Matrix: 3 Pieces of Robarg when a target is shattered, poison the target and deal damage equal to 45/ 56/ 67.5% of ATK every second for 10s.
SSR Matrix: You can use all 4 Tian Lang Pieces if you are lucky enough to get all 4 together.
- OR use 2 Pieces of Crow: Increase critical damage to targets with less than 60% HP by 24/30/36/42%.
- 2 pieces of Shiro: Increase both damages and shatter to targets with more than 50% HP by 15/19/22.5/26%.

Earn Attack Resonance: Equip at least 2 DPS-type weapons to activate. Increase final damage by 10%, which is team play in further increased to 40%.

Tian Lang + Nemesis Earn Elemental Resonance: Volt resonance increase volt ATK by 15% and volt resistance by 25%. Activate by equipping 2 or more volt weapons. This set effect works in the off-hand slot. Cannot stack with the effect of the same type.

Weapon Skill

Normal Attack

When wielding Thunderbreaker, every 4 normal attacks will charge the weapon, stacking up to 5 charge points. After charging, any Electromancy dodge skill triggers electrocution with lightning. Lightning damage dealt equals 3% of HP lost (but no lower than 100% of Volt ATK, and no higher than 1,000% of Volt ATK), and triggers electrified Entity, which deals area volt damage equal to 2% of HP lost (no lower than 40% of volt ATK, and no higher than 400% of Volt ATK).

Mizar

While on the ground, Initiate 6 attacks in a row with Thunderbreaker.
First Attack: Deal damage equal to 90.5% of ATK + 5 and knock the target back.
Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 67.9% of ATK + 4 and knock the target back.
Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 123% of ATK + 6 and knock the target back.
Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 217.9% of ATK + 11 and knock the target back.
Fifth Attack: Deal damage equal to 222% of ATK + 12 and knock the target back.
Sixth Attack: Deal damage equal to 291.8% of ATK + 15 and knock the target back.

Megrez

While airborne or after jumping once, use a normal attack to attack 5 times in a row in mid-air.
First Attack: Deal damage equal to 87.4% of ATK + 5.
Second Attack: Deal damage equal to 83% of ATK + 4.
Third Attack: Deal damage equal to 126.7% of ATK + 7.
Fourth Attack: Deal damage equal to 229.4% of ATK + 12.

Phecda

While on the ground, tap and hold normal attack to trigger. Deal damage up to 342% of ATK + 18 to the target and gather enemies around you.

Merak

Tap and hold a normal attack while airborne, or use a normal attack while climbing, jumping backward, or using the Jetpack to trigger. While falling, deal damage equal to 38% of ATK + 2 for each hit. Upon landing, deal damage equal to 285% of ATK + 15 to nearby targets.

Dodge

Dodge right before being hit to trigger Phantasia, reducing the speed of enemies within the area. Become immune to hitstun for 0.5 seconds while dodging.

Alloth

Tap normal attack during the short period after dodging. Dash to attack the target, dealing damage equal to 172.6% of ATK + 9.

Skill

Unleash a barrage of attacks, dealing damage equal to 936.9% of ATK + 49 to enemies within range, and transform enemies and your summons within a certain range into Electrified Entities. Up to 3 Electrified Entities can exist at a time. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Gain Volt sense when Dubhe is used: Scan the other two equipped weapons when unleashing skills. Each additional volt weapon sensed by it increases volt ATK by 6% for 25 seconds.

Electrified Entity: When unleashing any volt weapon discharge skill, electrified entities unleash volt area damage equal to 5% of missing HP (no less than 100% of volt ATK, no more than 1000% of Volt ATK)

When using Thunderbreaker, unleashing any volt weapon skill or discharge skill consumes 30% of current HP to deal additional volt damage equal to 45% of the consumed HP (no less than 400% volt ATK, no more than 3000% bolt ATK). After 8 seconds of when HP is lower than 10% recover 5% of missing health every second for 8 seconds (not affected by any healing effects.) The recovery effect cannot be stacked.

Discharge

Obliterator

When weapon charge is full or Phantasia is triggered, switching to the weapon from another weapon removes all debuffs from the wielder. Thunderbreaker unleashes wide-range volt damage, dealing damage equal to 844.6% of ATK + 44, and transforms enemies and your summons within a certain range into Electrified Entities. Up to 3 Electrified Entities can exist at a time.

Electrified Entity: When unleashing any volt weapon skill or discharge skill, electrified entities unleash volt area damage equal to 5% of missing HP (no less than 100% volt ATK, no more than 1000% volt ATK).

When using Thunderbreaker, unleashing any volt weapon skill or discharge consumes 30% of current HP to deal additional volt damage equal to 45% of the consumed HP (no less than 400% of Volt ATK and no more than 3000% of Volt ATK). Weapon Upgrade Materials

To upgrade Tian Lang Thunderbreaker level you need Magcore, Acidproof Glaze, NanoFiber Fame. You'll need a higher rarity of these materials when you upgrade your weapon to a higher level.

Character Awakening Traits

Discover Tian Lang awakening in Tower of Fantasy points required and trait effects:

1200 Points: Each use of Volt weapon skill or discharge skill gains 1 free dodge attempt, up to 2 attempts. When volt weapon skill and discharge skill are used simultaneously, increase volt damage by 12% for 8 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
4000 Points: Each use of Volt weapon skill or discharge skill gains 1 free dodge attempt, up to 3 attempts. When volt weapon skill and discharge skill are used simultaneously, increase volt damage by 18% for 8 seconds. This effect cannot be stacked.
