Using Shiro as your main damage dealer to clear out all the bosses and creeps inside your mission then you can switch to either Huma or Meryl to break the enemies shield both characters are tank and shield breakers.

This build activate Weapon resonance:

Weapon resonance: With Huma and Meryl you will increase damage reduction by 25% shatter by 60% and aggro by 800% in team play, further boost reduction by 20%.

Huma and Meryl are a good Tank combo build in PvP with Meryl & Huma you can deal damage, tanky, and break the opponent's shield. And switch to Nemesis to heal and survive longer in a fight.

This build activate 1 resosnance:

Weapon resonance: Meryl and Huma activate Fortitude resonance increase damage reduction by 25% shatter by 60% and aggro by 800% in team play, further boost reduction by 20%.

Alternate Support if you don't have Nemesis.
