Charlie is a 5-star character with Star Afflatus. Since she has a Tag as Dispeller/DPS, she can be used as a Main DPS in the team. Most of her kits provide Massive Mental DMG when she is in [Stats Up] or [Pos Status] or her HP is below 50%.

Level 1: [ATK] 1-target attack. Deals 180% Mental DMG. If the caster is in [Stats Up] or [Pos status] statuses, this attack deals 40% more Mental DMG.

Level 2: [ATK] 1-target attack. Deals 270% Mental DMG. If the caster is in [Stats Up] or [Pos status] statuses, this attack deals 60% more Mental DMG.

Level 3: [ATK] 1-target attack. Deals 450% Mental DMG. If the caster is in [Stats Up] or [Pos status] statuses, this attack deals 100% more Mental DMG.

    • Deal Mental DMG to single-target enemy
    • If she is in [Stats Up] or [Pos status] statuses gains additional Mental DMG.

Tempest to Thee!

Level 1: [ATK] 1-target attack. Deals 180% Mental DMG. If the caster's HP is below 50%, then deals 60% more Mental DMG.

Level 2: [ATK] 1-target attack. Deals 270% Mental DMG. If the caster's HP is below 50%, then deals 90% more Mental DMG.

Insight I

When the caster starts the round with HP below 50%, DMG Taken -20% and Critical DEF +20% for 1 round.

Insight II

ATK +5% when the caster enters battle.

Insight III

When the caster starts the round with HP above 50%, then DMG Dealt +20% for 1 round.

  • In the early game, her Insight I will provide some DMG resistance if her HP is below 50% which increases her survivability while we try to deal with more Mental DMG.
  • In the late game, her Insight III will gain her 20% DMG dealt if her HP is above 50% which makes her DMG more consistent in the late game.

  • Lv. 1: I Stand Alone on the Stage's effect changes to: deals 350% Mental DMG.
  • Lv. 2: Thunder to Thee's effect changes to: at 1/2/3 stars, additional deals 60/90/150% Mental DMG.
  • Lv. 3: Tempest to Thee's effect changes to: Additionally deals with Mental DMG when the caster's HP is below 80%.
  • Lv. 4: Stand Alone on the Stage's effect changes to: deals 425% Mental DMG.

    • After she casts her Ultimate, her Incantation Might of the next incantation will increase (Lv 1: 20% - Lv 5: 40%) which makes her cast her skill more often.
  2. His Bounden Duty
    • DMG Bonus Lv 1: 6%
    • DMG Bonus Lv 60: 12%
    • For each enemy target defeated by the carrier, HP + (the carrier's ATK x60%(Lv.1)).
  3. Hopscotch
    • Incantation Might Lv 1: 12%
