Tier S
- An-an Lee
An-an Lee offers both offensive and defensive buffs, increasing her team's damage output while simultaneously boosting their survivability. Her ability to enhance Pen Rate and add a flat increase to damage makes her a fantastic choice for teams focused on dealing massive bursts of damage. She provides damage reduction buffs and can even grant immunity to certain effects, significantly improving the longevity of her team in challenging content.

These characters rank in Tier A. They bring unique and powerful support skills to the table. However, their slight limitations in specialization, consistency, or the sheer breadth of the buffs/utility they provide place them in the worthy Tier A spot – strong performers but not reaching the absolute pinnacle of the support role.

These characters rank in Tier B base on they have strong abilities but shine brightest in specific team compositions or against specific enemy debuffs/threats.
