To buy Doomsday you need a combination of Thunderclap Brand, Swiftstrike Lance, and Vampiric Scythe. This item cost 2160 Gold in the latest season.

This is a three item build, so your build are varies and highly depend on your character. If you need physical attack you can buy Thunderclap Brand first.

But if you lack attack speed, you will need Swiftstrike Lance as your first item and Vampiric scythe usually bought last.
