The Dodge Challenger R/T is a Classic Muscle Car that you can get in Wheel Spin. We are going to turn this car into a drift for the Horizon Drift festival playlist.

This 1970 Challenger came with a RWD front engine in the C class of 443. We will try to improve the power, change tires, and tweak exclusively for drift.

Note: This is not the meta or the best tune that you’re looking for, we simply build this car for the festival playlist event in Winter mode to unlock the Lamborghini Countach.

Dodge Challenger R/T Tune in Fh6
+Tire Pressure
- Front: 2.2 BAR
- Rear: 1.9 BAR
High front tire pressure makes the steering feel quick and responsive. Low rear tire pressure gives the back tires more grip, making your slides smoother and easier to control.
+Gearing
- Final Drive: 3.70
- 1st: 2.89
- 2nd: 1.99
- 3rd: 1.51
- 4th: 1.20
- 5th: 1.00
- 6th: 0.85
The gears are tuned so you can easily hold a drift in 3rd or 4th gear without constantly hitting the rev limiter or needing to change gears.
+Alignment
- Front: -5.0
- Rear: -1.0
Toe
- Front: 1.5
- Rear: 0.1
- Front Caster: 0.7
High front camber and caster keep the front tires flat on the road while you are steering into the slide (counter steering), keeping you in control. Front toe-out helps the car turn in quickly to initiate the drift.
+Antiroll Bars
- Front: 40.00
- Rear: 20.00
+Springs
- Front: 115.0 KGF/MM
- Rear: 90.0 KGF/MM
Ride Height
- Front: 15.5
- Rear: 15.7
A stiff front and soft rear setup stops the car from leaning too much while letting the back end squat down and slide predictably.
+Damping
Rebound Stiffness
- Front: 12.0
- Rear: 8.0
Bump Stiffness
- Front: 6.0
- Rear: 4.0
Setting rebound stiffness higher than bump stiffness stops the car from bouncing or snapping back violently when you switch directions (transition) mid-drift.
+Brake
- Braking Force
- Balance: 60%
- Pressure: 100%
Moving the brake balance toward the front lets you tap the brakes mid-drift to adjust your line without locking up the rear wheels and stopping your slide.
+Differential
- Acceleration: 100%
- Deceleration: 100%
Setting both acceleration and deceleration to 100% lock forces the rear wheels to spin at the exact same speed, making it much easier to hold a steady, continuous slide.

Overall, our build is to make the Challenger stable, enough power to slide, and predictable during transition by tweaking some alignment and lock differential. Here are the stats before vs after when using our tune:
- Weight: 1,724 kg > 1,393 kg
- Peak Power: 317 KW > 394 KW
- PWR: 0.18 KW/kg > 0.28 KW/kg
- Lateral Gs: 1.1 > 1.2
- Performance Class: C 443 > B 565.
End of Guide.
