Subaru Legacy RS Tune List

Tune car based on Forza Horizon 6 meta logic exclusive for rally.

+Tire Pressure

  • Front: 22.0 PSI
  • Rear: 22.0 PSI

Lowering your tire pressure to 22.0 PSI lets the tires flex over bumps, rocks, and loose dirt, giving you much better off-road grip.

+Gearing

  • Final Drive: 4.15
  • 1st: 2.90
  • 2nd: 2.05
  • 3rd: 1.55
  • 4th: 1.25
  • 5th: 1.05
  • 6th: 0.90

Closely spaced gears keep the engine revving high, ensuring fast acceleration out of slow, gravel corners.

+Alignment

  • Camber Front: -1.0
  • Camber Rear: -0.8
  • Toe Front: 0.1
  • Toe Rear: 0.0
  • Front Caster: 6.0

Adding some front toe-out helps the car turn quickly on loose dirt, while keeping your camber closer to 0.0 improves straight-line braking grip.

+Antiroll Bars

  • Front: 8.00
  • Rear: 15.00

Very soft anti-roll bars let the left and right sides of the car move independently, keeping your tires in contact with uneven, bumpy dirt roads.

+Springs

  • Front: 320.0 LB/IN
  • Rear: 340.0 LB/IN

Ride Height

  • Front: 7.8 IN
  • Rear: 7.8 IN

Raising your ride height to 7.8 inches and using soft springs stops the car from bottoming out and slamming into the ground when landing big jumps.

+Damping

  • Rebound Stiffness Front: 6.5
  • Rebound Stiffness Rear: 6.0
  • Bump Stiffness Front: 2.5
  • Bump Stiffness Rear: 2.2

Soft bump stiffness lets the suspension compress easily to absorb hard landings, while controlled rebound stiffness stops the car from bouncing repeatedly after you land.

+Brake

  • Braking Force: 50%
  • Braking Pressure: 100%

+Differential

Front

  • Acceleration: 30%
  • Deceleration: 0%

Rear

  • Acceleration: 80%
  • Deceleration: 10%

Center

  • Balance: 65%

Sending 65% of the power to the rear (Center Diff) lets you slide the tail out under throttle, while setting front deceleration to 0% stops the car from pushing straight (understeering) when entering dirt corners.

Here is the stats before vs after using our upgrades and tune:

  • Weight: 2,990 lb > 2,834 lb
  • Peak Power: 217 hp > 308 hp
  • PWR: 0.07 hp/lb > 0.11 hp/lb
  • Lateral Gs: 1.1 > 1.1
  • Performance Class: C406 > C500

Overall, this setup is designed to handle rough dirt roads. With more power sent to the rear wheels the car slides predictably through gravel corners.
