Honkai Impact Galactic Roaming Part 2 Banner - Lightcones
There are 2 phases of the banner in Honkai Star Rail 1.1 and We are in the second phase 1.1 which new characters and Lightcones will be released. In this phase, Luocha and Yukong are featured in the banner and also some new Lightcones are released alongside these characters too.
According to Hoyoverse, both 4 stars and 5 stars Lightcone will be available with boosted rates including Luocha's signature Lightcone "Echoes of the Coffin" as well as 4 stars Lightcone such as Dance! Dance!, Good Night and Sleep Well, and Geniuses Repose.
