Characters like Serval can benefit a lot from this, because she mostly use her skill to output damage and her Ultimate afterward.
Qingque is another character that can also benefit from this light cone, he normal use his skills a lot to output damage.
Hemiko and Herta on the other hand is not really fit with this light cone at all, Data Bank or Sagacity is much better.
