Serval is the best character to use this light cone, her Shock damage after ULT or Skill could use some CRIT to deal even more damage.
Qingque is also another character that you can use equip this light cone with, she's also deal damage continuously so having CRIT will hurt the enemy more.
Himeko and Herta is mediocre when you use light cone on them, but there is nothing wrong with having extra CRIT any way.
