Fermata is an S Tier Lightcone in the Nihility Path of Honkai: Star Rail. This is the only 4-Star lightcone that increase Break Effect DMG & Shock or Wind Shear DMG that applies to DoT.
Best on Characters
Best on Sampo: Work with Talent & Ultimate, & Skill that will increase more DMG to Break effect DMG & Shock or Wind Shear DMG and also increase DoT DMG.
For Welt: This lightcone only boosts his Break Effect Hit DMG. So putting this lightcone with him is not the best option.
Putting this with Pela won't give a lot of DMG for her while she only focuses on the lightcone that lower enemy DEF. But it still increase her Break Effect DMG up to 16%.
