Damian Tier

Damian is an intelligent Support hero who uses all sorts of inventions and gizmos to heal allies and disrupt enemy attacks.

In AFK Journey Damian is considered an A Tier character inside the Support Class & Wilder Faction with 20 AA-range.

Damian Skills Guide

Ultimate - Explode, my chariot

• Unlocks at level: 1
• Cooldown: 0s
• Range: Global
• Initial Energy: 200
• Can be enhanced

Skill Detail Passive: Damian cannot be attacked during the battle. He builds a toy chariot that inherits 85% of his HP and 100% of his other stats to take his place when a battle starts.He then stays out of the battlefield and will run away afte all allies are defeated.

Skill Detail Active: If there is a toy chariot, Damian makes it to charge to the target and explode, dealing 320% damage to surrounding enemies within 1 tile and inflicting blind for 3s. Damian restores 80 Energy for every 10% of the chariot's HP ratio. If there is no toy chariot, he builds a new toy chariot and move it to the target location.

Upgrade Skill as the following level down below:

Unlock at level 51: Increase damage to 330%.

Unlock at level 51: Increase damage to 340%.

Unlock at level 51: Increase damage to 350%.

Unlock at level 51: Increase damage to 360%.

Enhancement: The build duration is increased to 7s when the toy chariot's HP ratio is above 50%.

1st Skill - Emergency Support 

• Unlocks at level: 11
• Cooldown: 7s
• Range: Global

Skill Detail: If there is a toy chariot, Damain controls it to play music for the weakest ally within 3 tiles, restoring 120% HP to this ally 4 times. If there is no toy chariot Damian restores himself 300 Energy.

Upgrade Skill as the following level down below:

Unlock at level 71: The healing amount is increased to 130%.

Unlock at level 131: The healing amount is increased to 140%.

Unlock at level 191: The healing amount is increased to 150%.

2nd Skill - It's a Plane!

• Unlocks at level: 31
• Cooldown: 14s
• Range: Global

Skill Detail: Damian controls a toy plane to fly towards the farthest enemy and throw fireworks at them, dealing 250% damage and stunning the target for 3s.

Upgrade Skill as the following level down below:

Unlock at level 91: Increases stun duration to 5s.

Unlock at level 151: Increases damage to 275%.

Unlock at level 211: Increases damage to 300%.

Hero Focus

You can unlock Hero Focus after reaching Legendary, with a TBD cooldown, and 1 tile range.

Skill Detail: Increase ATK by 12% during battle.

Level 2: Increase ATK by 16% during battle.

Level 3: Increase ATK by 20% during battle.

Ex. Skill - Inventor's Will

• Unlocks: After reaching Mythic
• Cooldown: TBD
• Range: 3-tiles

Skill Detail: Each toy chariot activates a music halo when it responds to Emergency Support! for the first time, inspiring non-summoned allies within 2 tiles and increasing their Haste by 40 for 10s.

Enhance Force

You can unlock Enhance Force after reaching Supreme.

Affect of Ultimate: The blind duration is increased to 7s when the toy chariot's HP ratio is above 50%.

Damian Pros & Cons

Pros

• Indirect Damage: Damian himself avoids direct combat, letting his toy chariot take the damage for him.
• Support Abilities: Damian can provide healing through "Emergency Support" and inspires allies with his Exclusive Skill.
• Disruptive Potential: "It's a Plane!" provides a significant stun, while his Ultimate offers area damage and blind.
• Scalability: His chariot inherits his stats, meaning Damian gets indirectly stronger as he levels up his gear and skills.
• Unique Playstyle: Damian brings a completely different approach to traditional tanking and support roles.

Cons

• Chariot Reliance: Damian's effectiveness is entirely dependent on his toy chariot. If it's destroyed, he loses most of his abilities.
• Healing Timing: "Emergency Support" only triggers when the chariot exists, requiring careful management of its health.
• Limited Personal Impact: Damian himself contributes very little damage outside his Ultimate. His role is to enable his chariot and allies.
• Vulnerable to Healing Reduction: Enemies with healing reduction effects can severely diminish his chariot's survivability.
