Best 3 Stars Catalyst Weapons

For newbies, you can't find 4 5 stars weapons at low AR. If you just got Wanderer as your first 5 stars character you can also use these 3 stars weapons to maximize Wanderer's damage which can help you kill monsters faster. Since Wanderer has better damage on his Normal ATK and  Elemental Skill, we will focus on Catalyst which provides a Normal Attack boost and some ATK% or Crit Rate.

• With a great amount of EM increase, this is really great for Low level AR players. This is the best 3 stars weapon for Wanderer.
