Effects

Superimpose Level 1: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 36%. Increases the wearer's Skill and Ultimate DMG by 18%. After the wearer uses their skill or ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Upon triggering a follow-up attack, Somnus Corpus will be consumed and the follow-up attack DMG increases by 48%.

Note: You need to Warp the Same Light Cone To Upgrade Superimpose Level.

Before Dawn Tier - Best on Characters

Before Dawn is the SS tier light cone in Erudition path of Honkai: Star Rail.

It's the only light cone that increases 3 combat stats of any characters in it's path plus the follow-up attack DMG increases. 

Best on Characters

Himeko and Herta are the best characters to use Before Dawn light cone because they can take advantage of that extra follow-up attack DMG boost with their talent.

Qingque on the other hand is also good with Before Dawn, however you'll need to get him up to Eidolon 4 to get that follow-up attack DMG boost.

Serval is the least good character that you should use Before Dawn light cone on, this character doesn't have any talent or eidolon to grant her a follow-up attack.
