This Lulu Full Build works very well against an opponent such as Marksman and Tank.

These items will get Health, Ability Power, Ability Haste, and Magic Damage as well as provide Empower attack and Shield for allies.

Build Vs Fighter And Assassin

Playing against a Fighter you'll need some Armor and reduce their attack speed so Randuins Omen is a great item for all you need. Being a supporter you have to survive in order to help your teammate as Fighter attack speed is lightning fast so Guardian Angel will revive you when die in combat.

You can upgrade from Ionian Boots of Lucidity to Shadows Enchant to slow down enemy movement.

Lulu Runes

The best Wild Rift Lulu Runes are Aery, Weakness, Loyalty, and Mana Flowband.

Aery	Your Attacks and Abilities send Aery to a target, damaging enemies or shielding allies.
Weakness	Impairing the movement of enemy champions makes them take 5% more damage in the following 5s.
Loyalty	You gain 2 AR and 5 MR. Your closet ally champion gains 5 AR and 2 MR.
Mana Flowband.	Hitting an enemy champion with an ability or empowered attack permanently increases your max mana by 30, up to 300 mana.

Summoner Spells

Flash	Teleport a Short distance forward or towards the aimed direction.
Exhaust	Exhausts target enemy champions, reducing their Movement Speed by 20% and their damage dealt by 40% for 2.5 seconds.

Lulu Abilities Guide

Skill Details

Pix Faerie Companion	Pix fires a barrage of 3 bolts, dealing magic damage each, at whoever Lulu attacks. These bolts are homing but can be blocked by other units.
Glitterlance	Lulu and Pix each fire a piercing bolt dealing magic damage. Enemies hit are slowed by 80% decaying over 2 seconds. Being hit by a second bolt deals 25% bonus damage. Cooldown: 7s Mana Cost: 50
Whimsy	On Ally Cast: Target ally gains 30%(+5%) Movement Speed and Attack Speed. On Enemy: Polymorphs an enemy, disabling their ability to attack or cast spells and reducing Movement Speed by 60. Cooldown: 16s Mana Cost: 65
Help Pix	On Ally Cast: Commands Pix to jump to an ally and then follow and aid their attacks instead of Lulu's 6 seconds. If the ally is a champion, Pix shields them for 2.5s On Enemy Cast: Pix deals magic damage to target enemy unit. Pix then follows and grand true sight to them for 4s. Cooldown: 10s Mana Cost: 60
Wild Growth	Lulu enlarged her ally, knocking nearby enemies into the air For 7 seconds, her ally gains bonus health and an aura that slows near by enemies for 1 extra second. Cooldown: 70s Mana Cost: 100

Vayne	Vayne has high damage burst so Lulu's Glitterlance and Whimsy give a huge combo of her fast attack speed, and she can use Tumble to catch up enemies.
Ezreal	Ezreal has very high damage output and insanely fast attack speed so Lulu's Glitterlance and Whimsy give Ezreal use his Arcane Shift.
Jinx	Lulu's Glitterlance and Whimsy also benefit Jinx's Auto Attack which has huge damage output.
Draven	Draven has huge damage with his Spinning Axe ability so Lulu's Glitterlance gives him more time to lane his skill on enemies.
Kai'Sa	Kai'Sa has fast Icathian Rain, and Killer Instinct make her catch up when enemy polymorphs by Whimsy
Varus	Lulu's Glitterlance slow enemies make him easy on lane his Piercing arrow and Hail of Arrows.
Ashe	Lulu's Glitterlance slow enemies make Ashe's easy lane her 2nd Skill and Her Ultimate on enemies.
Jhin	Using Curtain Call when enemies get hit by Lulu's Glitterlance and Whimsy
