Since Sparkle is a character who focuses on using her kit to assist the team increase CRIT Rate/DMG and recovering skill points for the team, she can benefit by using Earthly Escapade to increase her DMG as well as increasing allies CRIT Rate/DMG.

Using Hacker Space to increase her SPD as well as allies' SPD when she uses ULT on them and combines with Penacony to increase her ERR% and increase the same Types of allies DMG.

Best Lightcone For Sparkle

Earthly Escapade	Increases her CRIT DMG by 32%. At the start of the battle, she gains Mask, lasting 3 turns. While she has Mask, the wearer's allies have their CRIT Rate increased by 10% and their CRIT DMG increased by 28%. For every 1 Skill Point the wearer recovers (including Skill Points that exceed the limit), they gain 1 stack of Radiant Flame. And when the wearer has 4 stacks of Radiant Flame, all the stacks are removed, and they gain Mask for 4 turns.
Dance! Dance! Dance!	When the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies' actions are Advanced Forward by 16%.
Planetary Rendezvous	After entering battle, if an ally deals the same DMG Type as the wearer, DMG dealt increases by 12%.
Carve the Moon	At the start of the battle and whenever the wearer's turn begins, one of the following effects is applied randomly: All allies' ATK increases by 10%, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 12%, or all allies' Energy Regeneration Rate increases by 6%. The applied effect cannot be identical to the last effect applied, and will replace the previous effect. The applied effect will be removed when the wearer has been knocked down. Effects of the similar type cannot be stacked.
