Arlan Skills & Abilities Priority

Lightning Rush (Basic ATK) - Single Target

Deals Lightning DMG equal to 50% of Arlan's ATK to a single enemy.

Shackle Breaker (Skill) - Single Target

Consumes Arlan's HP equal to 15% of his Max HP to deal Lightning DMG to 160% of Arlan's ATK to a single enemy. This Skill cannot be used if Arlan's HP is too low.

Frenzied Punishment (Ultimate) - Blast

Deals Lightning DMG equal to 210% of Arlan's ATK to a single enemy and Lightning DMG equal to 90% of Arlan's ATK to any adjacent enemies.

Pain and Anger (Talent) - Enhance

Increases Arlan's DMG for every percent of HP below, up to a max of 40% more DMG.

Swift Harvest (Technique)

Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals lightning DMG equal to 80% of Arlan's ATK to all enemies.

Arlan Abilities Priority

You should focus on upgrading her Talent first because it help increase a lot of his DMG for every percent of HP blow his Max HP.

For his Ultimate and Skill deal high amount of Lightning damage can easily break enemies with lightning weakness. Arlan skill Shackle Breaker cannot be used if Arlan's HP is too low.

Then you can priority on max your basic attack it can deal high lightning damage to a single enemy.

Arlan Trace

Ascension 2: Revival

When Arlan's HP is at 30% of his Max HP or lower, him defeating an enemy will immediately restore his HP by a value equal to 20% of Max HP.

Ascension 4: Perseverance

Arlan's DoT RES increases by 50%.

Ascension 6: Repel

Upon entering battle, if Arlan's HP is at 50% of his Max HP or lower, he gains a Barrier that nullifies the next incoming attack.

Best Light Cones for Arlan

Best 5 Stars light cone for Arlan is On the Fall of an Aeon, it increases Arlan ATK damage if Arlan break enemies weakness get even more DMG output.

For best 4 stars light cone on Arlan is A Secret Vow, it is his signature light cone that mainly focus on increases his DMG and deal extra damage if the enemies with higher HP percentage then Arlan.

Best 3 stars light cone for Clara is Collapsing Sky, it will increases Clara's basic attack and skill damage. If you don't Have Collapsing Sky use Mutual Demise.

Best Relics for Arlan

The Best Relic for Arlan is 4 Piece Band of Sizzling Thunder, it very good on Arlan Band of Sizzling Thunder help increases his lightning damage and when using Skill increases ATK for 25%.

We highly recommend using 2 Piece Space Sealing Station Planar ornaments to increase his ATK damage and when his SPD reaches 120 or higher it will increase more ATK damage for him.

Arlan Eidolon

Eidolon Level 1: To the Bitter End

Arlan's Skill can be used so long as his current HP percentage is above or equal to 5%. If his current HP is less than 15%, using his Skill will reduces his HP to 1.

Eidolon Level 2: Breaking Free

Skill Damage increased by 10%. When using Skill, dispels a debuff inflicted on Arlan.

Eidolon Level 3: Power Through

Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Eidolon Level 4: Turn the Tables

When struck by a killing blow, instead of becoming incapacitated, Arlan immediately restores his HP to 25% of his Max HP. This effect can only trigger 1 time per battle.

Eidolon Level 5: Hammer and Tongs

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Eidolon Level 6: Self-Sacrifice

When Arlan's HP is lower than 50% of his Max HP, increase his Ultimate's DMG by 20% and the DMG multiplier on adjacent targets increases to that of the target enemy.
