Use this Echo Skill, transform into Tempest Mephis, perform a tail swing attack followed by a claw attack, the lightning strike summoned by the tail swing causes % Electro DMG per segment, the claw attack causes % Electro DMG. After the claw attack hits, the current Character's Electro damage increases by 12%, Heavy Attack damage increases by 12%, lasts for 15 seconds. 

Skill cooldown: 25 seconds.
