Snake Doctor is one of the six world bosses that you can fight in Qaihe area of Where Winds Meet, here is his exact location on the map:
The best way to find him is to teleport to Encircling lake boundary stone, then walk straight toward the cave.
Once you enter the cave, you need to go pass these venomous snakes that can kill you almost instantly:
Try to jump into a rock or anything higher than the ground, the entrance to Snake Doctor will be on your left once you jump down.
Here proceed through another jump and you’re good to go, now you can walk toward the boss himself.
You will see a big ground area, and he will sit right there, walk in and the boss fight will start. Good luck.
