What is Quicken in Genshin Impact?
Quicken is a new reaction after Dendro element is released. It's one of Catalyze group that involves Dendro and Electro.
How to trigger Quicken?
Quicken is a reaction triggered by inflicting Dendro on enemies that are already affected by Electro or vice-versa. To make this work, you need to have characters that use both elements. However, this reaction doesn't deal DMG and only applies a Quicken Aura to decay over time on the target, and when the target affected with Quicken Aura inflicts with Dendro or Electro will trigger the Spread or Aggravate which can deal Flat DMG Bonus. Both Spread and Aggravate won't consume the Quicken Aura. However, if you inflict Pyro or Hydro on a Quicken Aura will consume it to trigger Burning or Bloom.
