Optics Magnification Guides

Wardogs Optics are divided into three magnification: Short, Medium, and Long.

Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and LMG can use Short and Medium range scopes.

SMG can use Short range scopes.

Marksman Rifle can use Short, Medium, and Long range scopes, except the BMR-308 which can only use Short and Medium range scopes.

Sniper can use Short, Medium, and Long range scopes except the Mosin which can only use it built-in scopes.

Exclusive Optics

The Leatherwood Art II is an exclusive scope only for M14 marksman rifle.

The Mini Reflex Sight is only for the GGX 18 Sidearm.

The PU 91/30 Scope is only for Mosin sniper.

Best Optics for Close Range

The best optics for close range gunfight are Tricon 1.5X Compact Prism Scope and CQ-2x Prism Combat Scope. These two scopes provide the clearest image when scoping in and the cleanest reticle.

The best starter close range scope is the Kobra reflex because of how fast you can unlock it, it's very effective in the early wipe of the season.

Best Optics for Medium Range

The best Optic for medium range is the 3x Tactical Prism Scope, it has the best reticle in the game for medium range gunfight, fit perfectly well for, assault rifle, marksman rifle and even sniper that want to use mid range scope.

The 4x Combat Prism Scope with Reflex is the second best medium range scope and it fit well for longer range gunfight as well as close range toggle scope as well.

Best Optics for Long Range

The best Optic for long range is the 6x Marksman Scope + Reflex as it provide the beginner friendly UI when scoping in and it also come with a reflex scope that you can switch for close range shot as well.

If you want the clearest and most zoom optic, use the Frontier 2.5x-10x Precision Scope, it's the best scope for 900m+ sniping.
