Unique Ability: Candela Flash Charge
Cluster of binding flash charges that can be anchored on surfaces or rolled out as grenades. Can be cooked to shorten detonation time.
This ability essentially works like a flash grenade but it blind the enemy longer than flash and is hard to evade the flash itself since it rolls after throw.
