This Tristana full build work very well against opponent Marksman, Fighter, Assassin, and Tank.

When playing Tristana against a Fat mage you'll need some Magic resist so Maw of Malmortius is a good item that you can build before or after Bloodthirster.

You can also switch from Quicksilver Enchant to Stasis Enchant for surviving mage combo as well.

Tristana Runes

The best Wild Rift Tristana Runes are Conqueror keystone with Triumph, Spirit Walker, and Sweet Tooth.

Conqueror	Gain Stacks of AD or AP when hitting a champion with separate attacks or abilities. Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, deal bonus damage to champions (Adaptive).
Triumph	Takedowns restore health and Deal more damage to Low Health enemies.

Draw a Bead	Increases the range of attacks, Explosive Charges, and Buster Shot by 10 per level. Passive
Rapid Fire	Gain 30% bonus Attack Speed for 5 seconds. Cooldown: 19
Rocket Jump	Leap to a target location, dealing 60 magic damage and slowing nearby enemies by 60% for 1s. Takedowns and fully stacked Explosive Charge detonations on champions reset Rocket Jump's Cooldown. Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 Mana Cost: 60
Explosive Charge	Passive: Enemies explode when killed by Tristana's attacks, dealing 40 magic damage to nearby enemies. Active: Place a bomb on an enemy or turret, dealing 60 physical damage to nearby enemies. Tristana's attacks and abilities charge the bomb's damage by 30% stacking 4 times. Tristana Matchups and Partners

Enemy Matchups

Good Against
Ashe	Tristana and Ashe range are on par, though Tristana has more AoE damage advantage and can easily chase down Ashe by using Rocket Jump.
Jinx	Playing against Jinx is an advantage since Tristana has higher range, and deal way higher damage in the early game, so use the advantage of Explosive Charge to get a lot farm before team fight.
Jhin	Jhin low attack speed at early game give Tristana advantage to harass easier with Explosive Charge and Rapid Fire combos. Plus the mobility is not that good when trying to get out of fight.
Miss Fortune	Playing Tristana against Miss Fortune is not easy, she got high damage output in early game however, you have faster attack speed and your power spike ability Explosive charges to outfight her.

Hard Counters
Ezreal	Ezreal has very high damage output, especially if he connect all the combos on you, he also has Arcane Shift as an escape ability when you try to chase him as well.
Vayne	Picking Tristana against Vayne is a tough matchup, Vayne has high damage burst, tumble to get in and out of fight, fast attack speed, and also can use condemn to push you away if you try to chase her.
Varus	Fighting against Varus is not easy since he can spam harass you with his Piercing arrow and Hail of Arrows early in the lane, and root you with his ultimate to cancel your Rocket Jump.
Draven	Draven has huge damage combine with his Stand aside ability make you very hard to win auto attack trade against him.
Kai'Sa	Playing Tristana against Kai'Sa is not easy, Kai'Sa has fast clearing wave ability, huge 1v1 damage spike, and when going into late game it become even harder to chase or escape from her ultimate even with Rocket Jump.

Support Partners

Blitzcrank	Blitzcrank is a powerful aggressive support that can play well with Tristana. Thank to his Rocket Grab.
Alistar	Alistar is a very good defensive / aggressive support that can you can lane with, his Headbutt Pulverize combo is lethal with your Explosive charge and Rapid Fire combos.
Braum	Braum is another great support to play with Tristana, his passive is a great combo with your Explosive charge which stun the enemy after 4 auto attacks.
LuLu	LuLu and Tristana lane really well together, Lulu can activate Whimpsy and you can use Rapid Fire to get very fast attack speed for a period of time.
Nami	Nami CC ability allows Tristana to free hit the enemy marksman whenever she land the Aqua Prison which is really good during the early phase.
Soraka	Soraka is a great healing support that can extended Tristana survivability in teamfight with her Astral Infusion, and Wish heal ability.
Seraphine	Seraphine is a healing / aggressive support that can play well with Tristana, She has high CC and heal abilities that can start teamfight, shield, and heal Tristana.
Sona	Sona is also a healing / aggressive support that has high ability damage output and stun ultimate while can heal and boost Tristana movement speed in team fight.
Janna	Janna is a decent support to use with Tristana, she is a little bit passive in term of damage projectile but she can heal and defend you during team fight as well.
