To unlock the SMG-45 you need to reach your Warfare Level to 4. After you get this weapon you will need to unlock the attachments by using it in any mode of the game. The Maxed Level to get full SMG-45 attachments is Level 75.
SMG-45 is available to use with 4 Operators such as Stinger, Toxik, Luna, & Hackclaw.
