Pioneering is an A-Tier 3-Star Lightcone in the Preservation path. This is the only 3-star lightcone that gives wearer to restore 12% of their max HP when they break enemy weakness.
Best on Characters
Gepard: If it comes to breaking enemy weakness. Equip this lightcone with Gepard is the best choice while he abilities can deal a lot of damage to the enemy that easy for him to break enemey weakness.
For March 7th that might not be the best lightcone to equip. Most of her abilities won't deal enough damage to break enemy shield.
