The Tower of Fantasy Samir team build down below is for Beginner F2P which has fewer characters because you just start playing the game. The team build down below can be helpful for you guys while you can easily get these characters from the Choice Weapon Special Order.

Triple Volt Samir Team Comp

This team comp is for the Current V3.2 that you can team up Samir with good Tier Characters like Fenrir & Huang(MiMi).

• Recommend (1 or 3 stars) Samir: You can go either 1 or 3 stars Samir is a good range character she gives a lot of AOE electrical damage that can stun enemies and follow up with critical damage + a really fast discharge points when using basic attack.
• Recommend (1 Stars) Fenrir: Fenrir 1 Stars is really useful in this team comp. She can deal good Shatter damage and her Su-Paw Star & Aural Fever skill can restore 100% HP of ATK. So you can use her as a healer & shatter damage support in your team.
• Recommend (0-1 Star) Huang: Huang is a Top Tier Tank Volt character in this current version. You can use her as your main DPS even though she is a tank character but she can a ton of AOE electrocute damage to the target when you Hold her ATK and also gain a shield to protect herself. 

F2P Triple Volt Samir Team Comp

This is the other Triple Volt team comp for F2P that can team up with Samir. Moreover, All these characters are not a limited-time offer so you can get them in every version from Choice Weapons Banner.

• Recommend (1 or 3 stars) Samir: You can go either 1 or 3 stars Samir is a good range character she gives a lot of AOE electrical damage that can stun enemies and follow up with critical damage + a really fast discharge points when using basic attack.
• Recommend (3 Stars) Crow: Using Crow in this team comp is a good option for Triple Volt team F2P. Crow can give Critical damage to a single target. And his Skill & Discharge can deal a huge electrocute damage to the boss as well.
• Recommend (1 Star) Nemesis: Using Nemesis in this comp will buff your team a Volt Resonance that increases volt damage & resistance to Samir in the same team. Moreover, Nemesis can be used to support your team with Healing and also deal AOE damage to enemies too. 

Physical Samir Team Comp

This is the other good Physical team comp choice for Samir. Give the team AoE damage, Reduce damage taken Shatter Damage, and fast Discharge and also earn Attack Resonance Effect to the team as well.

• Recommend (1 or 3 stars) Samir: You can go either 1 or 3 stars Samir is a good range character she gives a lot of AOE electrical damage that can stun enemies and follow up with critical damage + a really fast discharge points when using basic attack.
• Recommend (1 Star) Claudia: Claudia is a good single target that can deal more physical attacks when she is in full stack and also reduce all damage taken by 50% if she hits the same target great to use in fighting Boss. Also, Team Up Claudia with Shiro will buff Physical resonance and increase physical ATk and resistance by 25% as well.
• Recommend (3 Stars) Shiro: 3-Stars Shiro is great for destroying a group of enemy shields in a quick second with her Skill. Moreover, her discharge can create an AoE reflection attack can deal a good amount of damage to the targets.

Is Samir Can be still used in the current Meta? 

In my opinion, Samir is still useful in the current meta version. Especially for the F2P beginner players that just started playing the game. Samir is a good character to get and she's not a limited-time character she is always available to pull in Choice Weapon Special Orders in every version of the game.    

Suitable Tof Samir Matrices

Samir is a king of character that focuses on dealing with electro damage with critical plus fast discharge points. Down below are suitable matrices that work on Samir and make her even stronger.

• 2 Pieces of Crow:  Increase critical damage to targets with less than 60% HP by 24/30/36/42%.
• 2 Pieces of Fenrir: Increases crit damage by 14% / 15% / 16% / 18%. This effect does not stack. This matrix's effect is also active in the off-hand slot, but only the set with the highest star rating will take effect.
• 4 Pieces of Samir: Increase Deal EM Star's electrical explosion damage by 16/22/30/40% of ATK.
• 2 Pieces of Pepper:  Increase the speed of obtaining weapon charge by 10/12.5/15%.
• 3 Pieces of Tenet Guard:  Increase damage dealt by volt weapons by 6%.

Best Samir Awaken Trait Points

These 2 Awaken Triat points below will Samir a good buff and become even stronger in the fight. 

• 1200 Points: Grant 1 stack of Concentration for every 4 seconds when Samir receives no damage. Each stack increases damage dealt by 3% and can stack up to 4 times. After being hit, Samir loses 1 stack of Concentration, up to 1 stack per 1 second.
• 4000 Points: Grant 1 stack of Concentration for every 4 seconds when Samir receives no damage. Each stack increases damage dealt by 4% and can stack up to 5 times. After being hit, Samir loses 1 stack of Concentration, up to 1 stack per 2 seconds.
