Nobunaga skills consist of Guardian Eye, Blinding Shot, and Pulse Overload. These 3 skills provide insane survivability to Nobunaga.
Blinding Shot (Passive)
In game description: Nobunaga charges his shots in ADS mode, fully charged shots cause enemies to lose their crosshairs while aiming.
This passive is very useful when the enemy is using normal aim to shoot you, once you hit them with one shot they will lose any indicator of where their shot is landing.
You can easily take advantage of this passive by position yourself far away from the target, this will it almost impossible for the enemy to hit you.
Tips: Keep in mind that the passive take time to charge, so always try to take advantage of the target that you hit with the passive and finish them off first.

Tips: Try to play the Guardian Eye next to wall or anywhere you use to cover yourself from enemy firing, that way you can retreat from gun fight and regen back your armor.
Tips: Place two of them to enhance the buffs even more, doing this in escort is overpowered right now, combine it with your passive, the enemy doesn't have much of a winning chance against you.
