Dragon Horse Evolve
First of all you need Black Horse. Travelers got a black horse at the start of the game, traveler must have their Black Horse devour special strange beasts to obtain certain body parts.
Common Alligon
You need your Black Horse to devour with common Alligon when devouring successfully (RNG) the game will give you the option to replace the body parts, you need to obtain Common Alligon Head.
Common Alligon Can be found in the sea:
Note: You need a Rare Grade or higher Catcher to catch Common Alligon.
Common Stoneppo
Devour Black Horse with Stoneppo to obtain Common Stoneppo Tail.
Common Stoneppo can be found in the Southmount:
Note: You need a Common Grade or higher Catcher to catch Stoneppo.
Condor
You need to devour with Condor to obtain Condor Wing.
Condor can be found in snowy peaks, plains, deserts, and mountains.
Note: You need a Rare Grade or higher Catcher to catch Condor.
After obtaining certain body parts of special strange beasts, you need Dragon Horse Evol Pill to evolve Dragon Horse. There are two ways to obtain the pill, you can purchase it for 1,880 Amber at the shop or you can craft it using Elixir Maker II.

- Violet Cloud Dew Obtain by Smelt Giant Beast Material, and Explore the world.
- Primal Fluid Obtain by Auction House, Beast Hunt, and Explore the world.

Once you have Dragon Horse Pill go to Spirit Witch Trahaern, she can be found on a small island at Eastmount talk to the Spirit Witch Trahaern to obtain your Dragon Horse.
