Ming is one of The Scissors with an official role of the Duelist. Her skills are very powerful for getting into close range gunfight and winning.
Ming primary weapon is name Rebleflame. It's an assault rifle that deal insanely high damage, fast fire rate, and moderate recoil control.

Ming Skills Details & Best Way To Utilize
Ming skills consist of Aegis Absorb, Sunder Blast, and Shield Surge. These 3 skills will increase your chance of winning gun fight by a lot.
Aegis Absorb (Passive)
In-game description: Ming regenerates armor based on the DMG her weapons and active skill deal to enemy armor and shields. Her temporary armor regenerates faster during her ultimate.
Sunder Blast (Q)
In-game description: Ming fires an Electric Orb that explodes an impact or upon command, damaging armor and creating a Slowing Electric Field. She gains movement speed within this field.
Tip: Place this skill as a recon to see if any many walk into your skill, use it similar to how you use a frag grenade but at closer range.
Shield Surge (Ultimate)
In-game description: Ming gains temporary armor and her shots apply a stacking slow effect. Damaging enemy armor with her weapons and active skill extends skill duration and replenishes her temporary armor.
Tip: Always use this ultimate for a chance to win gunfight against multiple enemies.

The second awaken is call Static Siphon, this awaken increase Ming armor when she hit enemy with her first skill.

The third awaken is call Volt Charger, it make her regen extremely quick during gunfight, which allows her to go for multiple elimination.

Ming primary weapon is an Assault rifle, having another fully automatic secondary will support her even more to win gun fight.
