As you already know there is always a rumor or leak floating around related to the new next coming-up character after the new Honkai Star Rail 1.2 release. Similar to Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail follows the same pattern by releasing three additional new characters which are usually two 5 Star Characters and one 4 Star Character.
