MFA Issues

This past weekend we encountered a brief issue where the game did not recognize players that had multi-factor authentication enabled, even when they did. This prevented some players from being able to participate in the first 30 minutes of qualifier play but was quickly resolved. We're still investigating the root cause of the issue to prevent similar incidents from occurring in future FNCS tournaments. In the meantime,if you have not already enabled MFA on your account, please do so in advance by visiting the account settings page as MFA is required for all tournament play with cash prizes. Find more information here.
