What Is Items in Apex Legends ?
Items are object you pickup that help increase and extend your survival chance during matches in Apex Legends. Items serve purpose such as healing, extra shield, extra inventory slots and more.
Items has it own rarities and each of them has different effects in number.
How To Find Items in Apex Legends
There are 4 different ways for you to find items in Apex Legends. Since items are all over the map their are some area that you can find high tier items. Those 4 ways are:
Items on The Ground
You can find Items on the ground after you landed. Items on the ground consist of many rarities since it is depending on RNG. Items can sometime be found inside houses, or other structure ground.
Items in Supply Bin
Supply Bin located around the map, near town, middle of nowhere, next to beacons, and more. This supply bin will provide you items and some time weapons as well. You might need to look around first because enemy can also see it.
Items in Enemy Crate
You can also find items inside the enemy crate when you, your teammates or other enemy finish the knocked down. You can spot the rarities from outside of the crate by noticing the colors:
- Gray : Common items only in the crate.
- Blue : At least 1 rare item in the crate.
- Purple : At least 1 epic item in the crate.
- Gold : At least 1 legendary item in the crate.
Items in Supply Drop
During matches in Apex Legends, you will see a supply drop from the sky which is call Air Drops or Supply Drop, The drop will often give you a high tier items. Another way to get item from supply drop is using Lifeline character, because of her ultimate ability.
Supply Drop can be dangerous sometime so you might need your team sometime to cover your back from the enemy.

Healing Items list
Healing Items is essential to have it with you since it help to refill your health and your shield. Activating Healing Items will trigger cooldown for the animation to finish, but you can still walk around it just not as fast as when not healing.
Your Heal will get cancel if you get shot at or jump.

Shield Items List
Shield Items is also important as well, because it help to extend your survival chance when getting shot at and also protect you when getting knock down as well. It has 3 types of Items and 4 rarities.
Enemy might shot your shield off but will never be able to break your shield.
